Returns

- Eligibility:

  - Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.

  - To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them, with all original tags and packaging intact.

  - Sale items and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return, unless they are defective or damaged.

 

- Process:

  - Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label.

  - Please pack the items securely and include the original packing slip or a note with your order number and reason for return.

 

- Shipping:

  - Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  - If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

-Refunds

- Eligibility:

  - Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
